This pristine park has a gazebo, playground area, and walking track around the three-acre Howard Lake. The lake house can be reserved for civic and social events.

Rental Information

The Howard Lake House is a beautiful A-framed rental facility located right on Howard Lake. It is conveniently located behind the City Hall complex and close to I-459 and Highway 31. This easy to find, picturesque building may be rented for birthdays, anniversaries, teas, showers, and more.

The lake house is appointed with folding tables and chairs to seat 30 to 40 guests, as well as a large sectional sofa, registration / sign-in desk, kitchen facilities, and more. The interior is fully decorated, so set up and clean up is easy. Being situated right on the water provides a beautiful view of the three-acre lake from the large decks that surround the lake side of the building. Other features include a lighted walking track, a gazebo, and a playground.

Please note that alcoholic beverages may not be served and smoking is not permitted inside the facilities. This facility is available for social and civic functions only. For more information, contact Brittany Callaway at 205-444-7792.

Fees

• $100 security deposit
• $200 for four hours
• $390 for up to eight hours
