  • Ordinance Number 23-2589 - Rezoning with conditions - Z-11-22-04 - 613 Sanders Road and 2421 Savoy Street, request to rezone from Hoover R-1 (Single Family Residential District) to Hoover PRD (Planned Residential Development District) with conditions - The purpose of this Rezoning request is to 1) Permit the Owner to apply for Conditional Use Approval to utilize the property as a park and venue for public and private events, 2) permit the continued use of a Home on the property as a residence, and 3) permit the construction of one additional residence on the property; Rezoning to PRD District would also allow the ability to build a residential home or homes on the properties in the future.
