The following ordinances were adopted by the Hoover City Council at their regular meeting held on Monday, November 5, 2018:

Ordinance No. 18-2407 - Annexed Phase 2 of the Old Riverchase Middle School, 853 Willow Oak Drive, owned by the Hoover City Board of Education.

Ordinance No. 18-2408 - Addendum to Video Services Agreement with Bellsouth Telecommunications, LLC d/b/a AT&T Alabama.

Ordinance No. 18-2409 - Second Amendment to the Preserve Planned Unit Development to rezone property north of the existing Town Center from PR-1 Planned Single Family to PC Planned Commercial to expand the Town Center; and amend the development criteria for all of the Town Center area zoned PC Planned Commercial District.

Ordinance No. 18-2410 - Rezone two vacant parcels located on Heatherwood Drive, on the southeast side of Altadena Woods subdivision, from R-1 Single Family District to PR-1 Planned Single Family District and incorporate into the East Heatherwood Planned Unit Development located on the west side of Caldwell Mill Road.
