The Hoover Arts Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Third Floor, Hoover City Hall, 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, AL, 35216.  This is the first meeting of the newly formed council.  THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
